Safety violation: Ohio glass plant investigated 8 times in 1 year

Since an automotive glass manufacturer in Ohio opened in Oct. 2015, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration have investigated no less than eight times. Safety violation might have caused death of rail yard worker

Workers in rail yards face a different set of hazards than those in factories and on construction sites. The biggest danger is the activity of trains and the hazards they pose. Unguarded machines have caused many Ohio workers to suffer life-altering amputation injuries. The fact that some company owners allow the deactivation of vital safety devices to speed up production is unacceptable.
